The location was superb, just a short walk to the bay and a quick drive to Whitby. Having off-street parking was definitely a plus. we appreciated the welcome pack with milk, tea, coffee, and extra toiletries in the bathrooms. It was a nice touch that made us feel even more at home.
The TV only had limited channels, which was a bit disappointing, especially during the winter when there wasn't much to do in the evenings. The bed was a bit hard for our liking, especially since we're used to memory foam.

They helped me find the best exchange rates. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, flat-screen TV, kitchen utensils. No pets/smoking allowed. Worth it!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful accommodation in an ideal location to explore the stunning North Yorkshire coast and Moors. the cottage was spotless and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the welcome pack, including milk, tea, and coffee, was a lovely touch. the off-street parking was a real bonus, and we enjoyed the private garden and patio facilities. the easy access to bus routes and the nearby Coastal Walk and Cinder Track were also a plus.
The only minor drawback was that the beds were a little firm for our liking.

The location was great, with easy access to the North Yorkshire coast and moors. It was also convenient for exploring Scarborough and Whitby. Having off-street parking was a real bonus. The accommodation itself was well-equipped and furnished, and it was pristine. The private garden was a lovely feature, with a seating area, gazebo, and summer house. The bus stop just outside the property made it easy to get around. the facilities were fantastic, and the small shop/post office across the road was handy.
The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and I found it a bit uncomfortable. I would have preferred a softer mattress or even a memory foam one.

Nestled in the charming town of Robin Hood's Bay, this accommodation offers a delightful sun terrace where you can bask in the sun and enjoy the beautiful garden. During my stay, I found myself drawn to this serene oasis, sipping on my morning coffee and imagining I was in a secret garden, hidden from the world.
Bed slightly hard.

The accommodation was spotless and beautifully furnished, making it a perfect place for a romantic escape. the private garden with a summerhouse and patio facilities added to the charm. Off-street parking was a huge advantage, and the location was central, allowing for easy exploration of the North Yorkshire coast and moors.
The beds were a little too firm for our liking, but this could easily be improved by replacing the mattresses with memory foam ones. it would have been nice to have another reading lamp in the room for added convenience during the evenings.

I recently stayed at Glen-Lyn in Robin Hood's Bay for a few days. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring the area, with easy access to the Coastal Walk and Cinder Track. The property itself is spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. I was also impressed by the lovely views from the windows and the convenient parking provided. There are great dining options nearby, including the Victoria Hotel and the Grosvenor Hotel, where I had fantastic meals.

the cottage was spotless and centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. the owner, Daphne, was incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of everything upon our arrival. I was delighted to find that the cottage had its own parking space, which was a big plus. the welcome pack including milk, tea, and coffee, as well as the extra toiletries in the bathrooms, were a nice touch. I also appreciated the fact that it was a pet, free accommodation, as I prefer not to share my space with animals. I would rate my stay at Glen, Lyn Villa a solid 10 out of 10. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👍.

We loved staying at The Cottage in Robin Hood's Bay. The location was perfect for us as young holiday goers, with plenty of things to do nearby. The owner, Daphne, was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself was beautiful and spotless, with all the facilities we could wish for. The added bonus of being able to park on the drive was a big plus. a 10 out of 10 experience!
We felt very welcome at The Cottage and had no complaints at all.

Free WiFi was a real treat. Also loved the large garden and sun terrace, perfect for basking in the British sunshine. The 5 steps leading up to the property gave it a touch of grandeur.
Oh, just had the pleasure of sleeping on beds as firm as concrete. lovely for my back.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation, situated perfectly for exploring the beautiful North Yorkshire coast. the apartment was spacious and well, equipped, with everything we needed for a self, catering stay. the private garden provided a lovely space to relax, and the off, street parking was a real bonus. the views from the windows were stunning, and the property was immaculately clean. It was also conveniently located near bus routes and the Cleveland way, making it easy to explore the area.
The only downside we encountered was the slightly firm bed, which could have been more comfortable for a relaxing break.
